A-Secretarial Matters:
Maintenance of Statutory registers and records as per the requirements of Indian Companies Act, 1956
Statutory filing with Registrar of Companies, Company Law Board etc.
Drafting/Preperation of Notices and Agenda for the General Meetings and Board Meetings, Directors report etc.
Compilation of the minutes of meetings of the Board and Shareholders
Drafting of Various agreements viz. Sale and purchase contracts, lease agreements, annual maintenance contracts, letter of intent etc.
Drafting of replies from various courts, semi/quasi judicial Authorites
Person should be wiiling to pick up core accounting and finance functions in finance & accounts department
