| JOB DESCRIPTION : |
| 1) |
Inspection & testing of incoming goods Electronic components for PCB assembly (through hole & SMD) magnetic components like transformers & inductors, Mechanical-Raw material, Electroplated, powder coated, painted & screen-printed as per specifications. |
| 2) |
Marinating records as per ISO 9001:2000 standards. |
| 3) |
Sound knowledge of Mechanical Drawings, Computer skills like MS Word/Excel-Graphs/Power point, Periodic calibration/validation of all the test & measuring Instruments / jigs maintaining calibration records like calibration schedule, internal calibration reports, history sheets, calibration certificates etc. |
| 4) |
Generate monthly & yearly data/their graphical representation for vendor rating, quality circle meetings based upon SQC. |
| 5) |
Preparing and presenting action counter action reports to upgrade systems, productivity and overall quality. |
| 6) |
Writing skills to handle independent correspondence with suppliers. |
| 7) |
Conducting internal audits in accordance with ISO 9001 : 2000 procedures and standards |

Essential Qualification :- |
| |
An idle candidate is Diploma in Electronics with an additional diploma in Materials Mgt with 3 - 6 yrs experience. The candidate must have served any contemporary industry. |
