RTS Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process
In line with its Warranty policy, RTS has implemented a straightforward and user-friendly return process to ensure that customers are not left high and dry with faulty equipment and accessories affecting their businesses It is through our RMA database that allows us to track RMAs from issue to completion and link each RMA to the original sales order and new replacement order number. In the event that a RTS product becomes non-functional, please follow RMA process below:

The CSD Engineer helps to make the product functional but in the event the product is non-functional, Engineer issues an RMA. Alternatively email the details with as much fault information as possible to support@rtsindia.com (clarification is needed for the defects, P.O. #, Invoice #(s) for Warranty Evaluation) requesting an RMA.
