Job Responsibilities:  
Provide secretarial assistance including internal and external reporting and documentation, taking down notes and typing them in Office programmes.  
Must be able to network and communicate with staff within the organization.  
Coordinate events and programmes.  
Take up any responsibility as directed by the organization and/or the CEO from time to time.  
Preparation of Meeting Agenda, Minutes of Meeting.  
Letter Drafting and coordination for presentations.  
Maintaining day-to-day office administration need, including of taking dictations, drafting, sending mails.  
     
Desired Candidate Profile:  
Candidate should be willing to travel India as well as abroad for attending exhibitions etc.  
Any graduate with 0-5 years of experience.  
Know how of shorthand is essential.  
Good communication skill with excellent computer knowledge.  
  Female with pleasing personality, good transactional skills & telephonic manners. Experience as Secretary in assisting senior management & co-ordination will be preferred.
