1)
Implementing the strategies as designed by the Head of Department
2)
Creating new channels to increase market coverage and to contribute to the revenue
3)
Managing existing channels by motivating the partners by personal meetings and periodic communications
4)
Preparing and sending Quotations / Proposals in order to generate business
5)
Handling activities required for Sales Promotion, if required
6)
Managing timely execution of the orders as well as to see that the payments too are received timely
7)
Identifying,   developing & enabling the channel for the  Networking product lines
8)
Continuous evaluation of channel partners, and development of new partners
9)
Responsible for profitability of the business
10)
Business planning, reviews and charting out development   activities to grow business
11)
Devising & implementing various sales promotion schemes for  channel partners
12)
Responsible for positioning the right model, configuring and  pricing for the same
13)
Generating demand for the product line by conducting various   training, enablement activities and seminars
14) Jointly working with partners at End Customer space to close deals
15) Identifying new product lines for the channel partners
16) Responsible for sales revenue, through the channels in North - India
17) Managing  a team of sales executives & Presales executives to  achieve sales target of
