Testing & Validation of Networking products for Protocol & applications |

Support to R&D for technical features & field issues |

Technical support to sales |

Product qualification |

Technical documentations, Feature comparison with Industry products |

Designing maintenance or test procedures |
8) |
Responsible for resolving customer complaint issues |
9) |
Co-ordination with sales team and service team to resolve the complaints |
10) |
Identifying the root cause for the complaints and initiating preventive actions at vendor end |
11) |
Able to provide technical support to vendors |
12) |
Process improvement at Vendor location |
13) |
Conduct project related interface with the concerned department |

Desired Skills : |
|
Having a strong background on Linux/Multimedia Port Router(with Motorola Processor) MPC |
|
Should have In depth knowledge of LAN & Networking protocols TCP / IP |
|
Routing protocols,WAN Protocols,ISDN,VPN,QOS & Multicast etc |
|
Should have worked extensively on cISCO / 3 Com / Motorola Routers, Switches, Firewalls |
|
Should be a graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering with around 4 to
5 years experience from telecom/hardware/networking component manufacturing |
|
Willing to travel to attend customer complaint at north and north outstation market |
|
Good knowledge in Networking systems /Trouble shooting /Testing |

Good communication skills |
